We are delighted to share a little more about our Modern Movement Yoga teacher Tim.
Tim sat down with us and shared his journey to yoga, where he spends his time outside of the studio and his humerous personality in attempt to share what is left on his bucket list.

I first went to yoga to because I had very high levels of anxiety and depression and heard that it might help. Pretty soon I felt a deeper calling to the practice which led to what I can only describe as a ‘radical transformation’.
WHERE WILL WE FIND YOU OFF THE MAT?
At the beach, or at a cafe, with a client or solo off-the-grid deep in Kurringgai National Park. Otherwise sleeping, I love sleeping.
WHAT ARE THREE THINGS LEFT TO DO ON YOUR BUCKET LIST?
1) create a bucket list
2) release all attachment to my bucket list
3) fulfil all items on my bucket knowing that peace can only be found in this moment – the here and now
