Modern Movement Terms & Conditions.

Modern Movement memberships are billed every 2 weeks on the same day you activate your membership. Payments are auto scheduled and will run automatically every fortnight. Payment will show as Ezidebit on your statement

Modern Movement will not provide any refunds for online purchases via our website, MindBody Online or class pass options purchased in studio such as 10 Passes, Drop In, Memberships etc It is the responsibility of the purchaser when making this purchase decision.

 

SUSPENSIONS
You can suspend your membership at no charge for 2 weeks out of every 3 months at no charge. Suspensions must be made via email to hello@modernmovement.com.au at least 2 business days advance and can’t be applied retroactively

Please note that we do not allow suspended memberships to be cancelled. Two billing periods must be completed after suspension and prior to cancelling membership.

ACCOUNTS QUERIES

For actualization of account details, lost or stolen debit cards or credit cards, please notify us in writing.

Any and all arrears payments are the responsibility of the client and must be paid in full.
Please note that for credit card payments, ‘EziDebit Australia’ will appear on your credit card statement as the payment reference.

CANCELLATIONS
Memberships need to have satisfied the minimum contract period prior to being cancelled. We require 28 days written notice via email at hello@modernmovement.com.au to cancel (2 more payments) once you have completed your contract period. You will be charged as normal and able to use all M/M facilities inline with your membership during this period.

Early termination of contracts will incur a 50% payment for the remaining term on the membership.

If you are unable to attend M/M due to serious illness or injury we may suspend longer or cancel without penalty with the supply of a detailed doctors certificate.

Membership can also be cancelled if you relocate to an area more than 10 kilometres from an M/M studio but you must show us a letter from your real estate agent or advice from Australia Post.

Memberships can be transferred to another person within the minimum term of your agreement so long as the transferee: is not a current member, has not been a member for 3 months.

WAITLIST & CANCELLATION POLICY

Book your classes, and enjoy your practice
If you must cancel- do so at least 1 HOURS before the start of class. This will allow us enough time to notify the next in line and give them travel time to come practice
If you cancel within 1 hours you will be charged $10 on a membership, or lose your class on a drop in or 10 pass
At the scheduled start of class we will give your spot to the next person waiting in reception on ‘stand by’ if you are late to arrive at the studio.
