About The Workshop

Supporting The Journey through Menopause with Mary. For the women in our community who are either entering menopause or already in the midst of this journey this 75 minute alignment-focused, deeply nourishing practice offers tools that you can reach for whenever you need to. As we know this journey can affect us differently and thankfully, yoga can be a potent tool to ease all the ups and downs that come with these crazy hormonal shifts as well as support, calm, cool and balance us when our days get a little wild. This practice will meet you where you are.
