3 days, 2 nights of total self care & restoration
We are all called to rest… yet many of us simply don’t know how or can’t find the time. Which is why the time we do carve out for self nourishment needs to be deep and potent. Join us for this 3 day immersion into daily acupuncture, yin yoga, meditation and stillness as we show you how to restore on a cellular level. Using diagnostics and treatments from Traditional Chinese Medicine and neuroscience we give you the tools and the time to create deep and personal rituals that will last the rest of your lifetime.
Who’s it for?
This weekend is for men and women, mums and dads, couples or solo travellers who want a few days of rest and total rejuvenation. With a focus on creating time, space, rituals and habits around self care this weekend is particularly helpful for those who want guidance on how to make these practices a regular part of everyday. You’ll leave with handouts, your own pins and the tools to read your own body and treat yourself when you need to balance your own energy.

Martine Looijschelder
Martine has a Bachelor of Health Science, an Advanced Diploma Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a certified Vedic Meditation Teacher .She has 14 years of experience as an acupuncturist and herbalist. Massage and yoga were the first natural therapies that captured Martine’s interest, and she went on to study them extensively in Australia and India. It was the experience of being cured by acupuncture in five treatments, after years of searching to cure a chronic neuro-muscular problem in her arm, that inspired Martine to discover more about acupuncture as a solution to chronic pain and disease.
