This is a sacred invitation to see and be seen, in a safe, empowering and non judgemental space. An opportunity release, remember and reconnect with all that makes you feminine.
The first of 4 Elemental Womens Circles facilitated by Katy, we come together in discussion, breathwork, embodiment and sound, held by the nurturing, supportive, rootedness remembering of Earth.
This circle is open to anyone who identifies with being a woman. Please bring something to contribute to our communal grazing board if you feel called.
