Vinyasa TO YIN

About The Workshop

Combining two of the most popular and complimentary formats of vinyasa and yin yoga into a single 90 minute experience to take you deeper into the physical and mental aspects of the practice. With a yang focus we begin with 45 minutes of fiery vinyasa (32 degrees) to challenge and stimulate muscles and blood flow and focus the mind. With a yin focus we close with 45 minutes of long hold poses to relax fascia tension and calm the mind.
