We all breathe, but few of us actually know how to do it in a way that calms the nervous system rather than aggravating it. When you understand the basic physiology and science of breath you can retrain your diaphragm and respiratory muscles to gather each breath as medicine. In this masterclass we start at the beginning of how to retrain your breathing habits and break down the science of where the breath can take you and your yoga practice.
