How did you get into yoga/pilates?
The need to move my body and activate my mind every morning led me to fall in love with Pilates. It’s just the right mix of mind and body to get you ready for the day ahead!
What is the greatest lesson yoga/pilates has taught you?
To breathe and don’t take yourself too seriously!
What’s your favourite thing to teach?
A full body flow! No better feeling than leaving a class feeling like your whole body has been worked.
