Join Sarafina and learn how to up your yoga game, by incorporating the principles of pilates into your practice.

What you’ll learn:

How to apple the principals of pilates into any yoga class, beginner or advanced
How to properly engage your core during a vinyasa practice
How to apply the muscular control learnt in Pilates to create a stronger more controlled practice
Learn when to soften and when to contract your core
Pilates breath vs. yoga breath
How to engage your pelvic floor

In this 2 hour workshop, we will start with a simple yet strong 30 minute Pilates class followed by an hour of anatomy and technique teaching. We will then spend the last 30 minutes learning how to apply the learnt concepts. This will be an interactive afternoon that will get you sweaty and fired up about anatomy! •workshop tickets are non-refundable
