Yoga nidra is the art of sacred stillness that resets the body into its natural state of ease and vitality.
Nidra works to release deep seeded stress and cleanse stagnant patterns stored in the physical and mental body to rejuvenate your essence.
This workshop will guide you through a short movement and pranayama practice to prep the body for the restorative state of yoga nidra.
