About The Workshop
Vedic Meditation is the ultimate life hack; a simple, practical and highly effective mental technique with profound benefits for the mind / body system.
It can be practiced anywhere, sitting comfortably in a chair for around 20 minutes (No sitting on the floor in lotus required!)
Become self-sufficient in the practice over 4 x 90 minute sessions and be able to meditate anywhere, anytime, for the rest of your life.
When you learn with us, you’ll have access to the ‘Sattva Life Members’ program, where you will receive ongoing support and knowledge.
This is an essential life skill – a game changer, and at the Sattva life we are dedicated to ensuring it’s a practice you’ll have for life.
