What lead me to yoga was the genuine desire to change and live a better life and to fill the gap on something that felt missing, which was connection to myself. The yogic path now 13 years later has countless times, dismantled my core beliefs , which is at the heart of true transformation. It’s a peeling away of the layers and coming home to who you have always been.
It has reshaped my relationship to past trauma in ways that cannot be described in words. The biggest shifts in momentum was being introduced to Tantra Hatha & Kriya back in 2020 which has also helped me manage chronic back pain. It’s from this place of experience & passion that I share the wisdom of the ancient teachings that have the power to offer us so much solace and empowerment in this life. It’s simply my duty to do so.
