The SoundBed, otherwise known as “Nidra Anantar” is a rare large acoustic sound bed made from hand hewn timber. Beneath the bed lies 50 artfully strung steel strings, each string has been hand-crafted and finely tuned to create a reverberation throughout the entire body.With skill and bespoke attention to the receiver, Benny plays the instrument as you lay on the bed with a covering sheet and eye pillow. The healing vibration of sound moves through the wood and massages your body. The effect is otherworldly, shifting you into altered states of consciousness, recalibrating the nervous system, releasing energetic blockages, and leaving you in a state of deep relaxation.

Benny Holloway is a soulful soundophile and self-taught artist travelling the world sharing his healing vibrations.

Through live electronic looping and weaving his voice with guitar he creates psychedelic ambient sound baths encouraging the listener on a compelling introspective journey.

His stirring and evocative tones are like sonic acupuncture, penetrating the densest layers of body and mind to encourage that deeper state of inward connection.
