Wonderful! A great start to the week!! Very helpful practice, strong and fluid. Shauna curates a great space for an hour of focused yoga postures, breathing and movement. Very little background music to distract from Shauna’s instruction and ones connection to the breath.

To take responsibility for my life from the inside.
What’s your favourite thing to teach?
I love sequences that focus on a certain area of the body: shoulder, hips, spine
When are you the happiest?
Being present-surfing, laughing, being with my family
What would you most regret not having done at the end of your life?
Nothing. I love my life and live it the way I feel is right deep own inside my heart! So I won’t live with regrets!
