Reiki is a hands-on healing technique that allows for the transfer of positive energy which improves the body’s flow of energy. Anyone can learn this technique and deepen their skills to feel more focused, centred and calm. Reiki works holistically. It can not only effect changes in the chemical structure of the body by helping to regenerate organs and rebuild tissue and bones, but also help create an emotional and mental balance.
 

What you will learn:

• The History of the Usui System of Reiki including the precepts, principles and ethics, meditation, hands on healing and the importance and meaning of
lineage traceable back to Usui
• In-depth understanding of the Chakra System
• The Human Aura
• Reiki for self-healing
• Reiki 1 Hand positions for the healing of others including full body and seated treatments
• Ongoing regular personal practise of Reiki and its importance

Robyn has completed 4 levels of Reiki training and is a Reiki Teacher and a Reiki Master practitioner who has been working with Reiki for 16 years.
