
Nikki Onsley
Nikki began practicing yoga seriously in 2015, when she was in a demanding, deadline driven executive marketing role – depleted, stressed and suffering from chronic anxiety it was yoga that nursed her back to health through cultivation of stillness, focus and strength.
Nikki only recently changed the course of her life by deciding to leave corporate life to teach yoga while also managing her own marketing consultancy. She is deeply passionate about helping students manage stress and create better work-life balance she teaches from her experiences and infuses each class with her creativity.
Nikki is passionate about making yoga accessible for everyone and helping people find greater mobility and calm. Her ethos; breathe deep, move your body and come play. Nikki teaches vinyasa flow, slow flow and yin, her classes are strong and alignment based, sprinkled with her earthy nature, a big smile and cheeky sense of humour.
