Mellow and Myofascial ReleaseWorkshop 



Healthy lymph flow is a key component of a strong immune system. As we journey through the winter months our yoga practice can support our bodies to maintain this flow and stay well.

In this cosy seasonal practice with Lucy, you’ll explore movement, myofascial release, breath and yin yoga as techniques to support immunity. Focusing on the fascial system you’ll release tension and any restrictions that may contribute to the build-up of lymphatic fluid in the body, leaving you feeling nourished and Winter proof.
