The pace and the style of life we have set is unsustainable for most. Once our systems reach their threshold and begin to overload, the mind, body and the entire nervous system begins to precipitate and experiences great disharmony.
This is where meditation fits in.
Join Vedic Meditation Teacher Tom Carroll, who has over 14 years worth of meditation experience, as we begin to explore our internal landscape.
Discovering through mediation how to reduce anxiety and stress, improve sleep, gain greater perspective, access clearer and more creative thinking, improve productivity and focus, increase happiness, improve immunity and increase emotional resilience.
This workshop is for men who have never tried meditation before to men who have a regular practice – all are welcome.
