exploring the philosophy of yoga

About The Workshop
Heard of ‘Yoga off the mat’? Most of us know there is more to Yoga than simply moving our bodies. Join us for this 2 day workshop and learn how yogic ancient wisdom can be used to navigate the trials and tribulations of this thing called life.

We will:

  • introduce some key themes with translations and easy-to-understand interpretations
  • explore how they can be used to journey your life in an almost ‘step by step’ guide
  • ‘dip our toe’ into basic chanting of the Yoga Sutras, the traditional way these teachings were passed on
  • Uncover the yogic secrets to living a happy, fulfilling meaningful life

No prior knowledge or experience is necessary, only an openness to discover. A fresh notebook and pen are recommended but not essential.

Your guide:

Natalie Bowcutt has been studying and teaching Yoga Philosophy for several years, guiding anyone from the complete novice to experienced teachers.

Through experiencing her own personal transformation, which she attributes to applying these teachings, she is passionate about explaining these concepts in a way that make sense for people living in the modern world. Her aim is to offer practical, yet powerful ways towards gaining new levels of health, healing and personal transformation.

She hopes students will walk out with the beginnings of a new lens in which to view the world and their place in it.
