No prior knowledge or experience is necessary, only an openness to discover. A fresh notebook and pen are recommended but not essential.
Natalie Bowcutt has been studying and teaching Yoga Philosophy for several years, guiding anyone from the complete novice to experienced teachers.
Through experiencing her own personal transformation, which she attributes to applying these teachings, she is passionate about explaining these concepts in a way that make sense for people living in the modern world. Her aim is to offer practical, yet powerful ways towards gaining new levels of health, healing and personal transformation.
She hopes students will walk out with the beginnings of a new lens in which to view the world and their place in it.
