About The Workshop

The intention of this class is to de-stimulate, decompress and soothe the nervous system. We will explore the potency of weaving forward folds and twists together that help us to eliminate tension in our physical, mental and emotional body combined with 1:1 1:2 breath to anchor into steadiness and re-embodiment. Class will complete with 5 minutes pranayama and 25 minute Yoga Nidra (enlightened sleep) for healing which will bring the totality of your being back to its original state. A rhythm of restful awareness.
