Join Rose for a nourishing 90 minute Yin practice designed to harmonise the 5 Elements within the body. Steeped in Chinese Medicine, the 5 Element Theory arose from the observation of nature as it exists around us and within us. A manifestation of the ways in which Qi moves, these elements translate to phases or forces of life, and guide us to a deeper understanding of how we can best cultivate balance as we transition between the Seasons and changes of our own lives. As we cross the threshold into the cooler Winter months, take this invitation to slow down, attune to the rhythm of your body, and to absorb the wisdom of this ancient healing tradition.
