About The Workshop

Join Morgan and her infectious high vibe energy for a 2hr Foundation workshop designed for those who are looking to learn or revisit the fundamentals of pilates.

In this workshop we will explore, explain and work through the core principles of pilates and look at some key foundational shapes. You will learn the correct alignment, modifications and breathing techniques so that you can confidently take part in and enhance your pilates practice.

*Designed for beginners and recommended for those willing to re-write bad habits and take their flows to the next level.
