About The Workshop
A 2 hr Foundation workshop designed for beginners and those new to the Vinyasa practice as well as seasoned yogis looking to revisit the fundamentals.
In this workshop we will explore, explain and work through and basic foundational poses of vinyasa yoga. You will learn the correct alignment, modifications and breathing techniques so you can confidently take part in and advance your yoga practice.
*Designed for beginners and recommended for seasoned yogis willing to re-write bad yoga habits from the ground up
