About The Workshop

Discover the power of Ayurveda when used side-by-side with yoga. This is a workshop for those wanting to learn simple ways to weave the wisdom of Ayurveda into their daily life and to understand how this can deepen your yoga practice. The essence of Ayurvedic wisdom is about finding true alignment with nature as a means to bring about balance, understanding how the elements of nature are present not only around but also within us. In Ayurveda, we work with our unique constitution or ‘Prakruti’, which is considered our true nature, and understanding your own unique constitution is the first step towards bringing the principles of this sacred science into your daily life. In this workshop we will explore the basic fundamentals of Ayurveda to help you discover more about yourself from an ayurvedic perspective; exploring simple rituals and practices you can introduce to your daily life and how the principles of Ayurveda can be applied to your yoga practice to bring greater ease and embodied understanding on the journey of self-enquiry and self-healing.
